I have extensive experience in the design and execution of nutrition sensitive and nutrition specific public health initiatives, with a priority focus on infant and young child nutrition and the prevention and management of acute malnutrition.

My background and experience in food service management and administration in both the private and public sectors allows me to assist you in planning quality meals that are nutritionally adequate as well as affordable and in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. I am passionate about plant-based eating, towards planetary health and sustainability in addition to nutritional value. Services to individuals, institutions and the food industry include:
